Return and Refund

• Cancellation: Contact us within 24 hours to cancel. Orders ship quickly, and cancellations on weekends are not processed.

• Returns: Wait for delivery, then ship back unopened items with a 15% restock fee.

• Defective Products: 1-year warranty available. Contact customer service with your order ID for help.  At HONEY BUNNY, we want you to have the best shopping experience possible. To help you make an informed decision, we provide detailed product descriptions, measurements, and photos. Please read the product descriptions and specifications carefully before making a purchase, and feel free to contact us at support@moiame.com for more information about any product.    

For Cancellation:

To cancel your order, please contact HONEY BUNNY at support@moiame.com within 24 hours. Orders are shipped on the same day, so cancellation becomes challenging once processed. Please note that we do not process cancellations on weekends. If you are unable to cancel, you may consider declining the package upon delivery or following our return policy. Refunds typically take 3-7 business days, depending on your bank's transfer process.    

For Returns:

Once your order has been processed and shipped, if you still want to return your purchase, you have to wait for it to be shipped to you and then ship it back to us after you have received the package.  Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for us to receive and process your return. If you have a question at any time regarding the status of your return, you can request an update at support@moiame.com.
